Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original state.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed once the items pass our quality inspection.
